Returns Made Easy!
**Returns can be made within 14 DAYS of your order being delivered to you. You have the option of a full refund to your original payment or store credit that will never expire! Shipping costs are NOT refundable.**
Returns must meet the following requirements:
· Regular Priced Clothing (not sale)
· No more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered
· All original tags are attached
· Clothing is unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors or damages that were not present when shipped to you
· We hope to never make a mistake, but if you receive the wrong or damaged item, please e-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com with a picture of the wrong/damaged item
The following CANNOT be returned:
· Sale items
· Accessories (jewelry, hats, trinkets, drinkware, scarves, etc.)
· Certain promotional items (these items will be listed as FINAL SALE)
· Gift Cards
· Damaged/Used Items
· Shipping costs
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: *Please make sure your return meets above requirements*
To issue a return, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'RETURN'. Please include:
- Your order number
- Name of the item you want to return
- If you would like store credit or refund to your original payment
- Do you need a shipping label sent to you? ($4.00 will be deducted from your order if you use our shipping label)

· If you chose the option for Pre-Paid Label to be sent to you, it will be sent through e-mail within 24 hours. NOTE: $4.00 for shipping will be deducted from your return if you choose to use our label. We currently use USPS (package with our label can be left for your mailman or dropped at the Post Office)
· If you choose to use your own shipping method, please make sure you have a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for your lost package.
If You Chose Store Credit:
Your store credit will arrive via e-mail in the form of a gift card code to be used at checkout on your next purchase. Store Credits never expire!
If You Chose a Full Refund:
We will notify you via e-mail when we have issued the refund back to your original form of payment. Posted times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: Due to a limited amount of inventory per style, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. We recommend to place a new order and submit a return form for the item you would like to return.
